How to Order


Browse our newest product(s) by clicking ˜New Blends" tab or select from range of our collection by clicking the "collection" tab above.



Once you've found the product that you would like to purchase, select the quantity and click "add to teabag". You will then be directed to the "teabag summary" page which contains products that you would like to purchase. You could continue shopping by clicking the "continue shopping" tab or you could proceed to "checkout" if you've finished shopping.



Once you've done shopping, you could proceed to the checkout by clicking "my teabag" tab on the top-right part of the web. Add any promotional code if available. Sign in if you already have an account or you could "checkout as a guest" . If you chose "checkout as a guest", you will need to fill out the form at the checkout counter.

Order Confirmation

Review the details of your purchased products and your shipping address for the accuracy and confirm your order.Availability of products will be secured after you confirmed your order.


Confirmation Email

You will then receive an automated confirmation email regarding the detail of your purchase and detail of the payment.




Once the payment is settled, be sure to "confirm"  the payment by following the link provided in the confirmation email. Please make sure that you wrote the payment details (Account no, Total payment, date of payment). Payment confirmation is required in order for us to proceed with the delivery of your products.

NOTE: Maximum period for confirming the payment will be 2x24 hours. Automatic cancellation will take place if no payment confirmation done within those hours. 




Shipment will be proceed maximum in 4 (four) working days after we received the payment confirmation.

How can I be informed of latest collections?

You can simply sign up for an account HERE! And we will automatically add you on our mailing list.

What happens when a product is Unavailable?

If you happen to have an eye on our "unavailable" product, simply leave your email address in the notification box. We will notify you should any deal fall through or if additional pieces are made available.

Do I have to create an account to shop at

Not necessarily. However creating an account will make your shopping more convenient as you do not need to re-write your data every time you would like to purchase our products. Aside from that, by creating an account at Tea Label, we will be able to inform you of our latest blends and special offers available.

Can the product purchased be returned?

Products sold at are not refundable. However, if the sizing is not fitted for you, you could simply drop us an email HERE, and we will have another arrangement for that.

What happened if the products are accidentally damaged?

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?

When you checkout, you can fill in the code. Each transaction can only use one code. Please note the terms and conditions listed in the discount code.
