Our materials are meticulously picked from local & overseas. Most of our parts are exclusively designed and crafted by the local craftsmen. 

 

How can I be informed of latest collections?

You can simply sign up for an account HERE! And we will automatically add you on our mailing list. Or you can follow our instagram @tea_label for daily updates & promotions. 

 

What happens when a product is Unavailable?

If you happen to have an eye on our "unavailable" product, simply leave your email address in the notification box. We will notify you should any deal fall through or if additional pieces are made available.

 

Do I have to create an account to shop at tealabel.co?

Yes, it is to make your shopping more convenient as you do not need to re-write your data every time you would like to purchase our products. By creating an account at Tea Label, we will be able to inform you of our latest blends and special offers available. Aside from that, you'll be able to accumulate your purchase to get member priviledge. 

 

I have an account at Tea Label, but I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can contact us at info@tealabel.co, our admin will help to reset your password.

 

What is the benefit of member priviledge?

Every elligible member get 10% discount on every purchase. 

 

What is the terms and condition to be eligible for the member priviledge?

Customer should create an account at Tea Label webstore and purchase products with accumulation of IDR 1.000.000 to be elligible member. 

 

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?

During checkout, you can fill in the voucher code. Each transaction can only use one code. Please note the terms and conditions listed in the discount code. 

 

Can the product purchased be returned?

Products sold at www.tealabel.co are not refundable. However, if the sizing is not fitted for you, you could simply contact info@tealabel.co and we will have another arrangement for that.

 

What happened if the products are accidentally damaged?

We accept repair for the goods sold at www.tealabel.co Please kindly contact info@tealabel.co. 

 

Is there any limited guarantee for damaged product?

No. You can repair any of our collections any time. As long as we still have the parts, we will help to repair your broken pieces.

 

Will there be any charge for repaired products?

Depends on how broken it is. It will only be charged if there is any replacement in the parts of the pieces. If the parts are still complete, then there will be no charge. Please note that shipping fee should be borne by customer. 

 

I wear Hijab, is there any special arrangement for my necklace length?

Yes. We do special arrangement of adjusting the length of your necklace if you wear Hijab. Just write a note while ordering, and we'll extend the length of your necklace. 

 

Can I send Tea Label product as a gift?

Yes. We have special gift box with customized name (with additional cost), and we have free "happy birthday" card if you request upon check out.
